Healthy Way to Cook Daily Recipe Inspiration Blueberry Muffin

Sunday mornings may never be the same again. If the name of the recipe isn’t already enough, these muffins from oh she glows are vegan and refined-sugar free. The muffins don’t contain any of the ingredients you would find on the back of a store-bought box, but a healthy combination of natural alternatives. Instead of milk, the recipe uses unsweetened almond milk; rather than vegetable oil, coconut oil; in place of granulated sugar, coconut sugar or natural cane sugar; in substitute of flour, spelt flour (which is wheat free). Chopped walnuts add a nice little crunch to the muffins, and a touch of cinnamon adds some much-appreciated spice.
