Focusing primarily on protein and foods that cavemen ate such as veggies, fruits, and nuts, the Paleo Diet is super healthy and has had great success. Don’t be fooled, these chewy delicious chocolate chip cookies are paleo-friendly and totally amazing. Made with grass-fed butter, honey, almond flour, and dairy free chocolate chips, these chocolate chip cookies are much healthier than traditional cookies but taste just as fabulous.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Perfect for coffee with breakfast or as a sweet treat after dinner, these cranberry pistachio biscotti are buttery and crunchy with just a hint of sweetness. I love to add cinnamon to these and have one (our four) with a warm cup of chai tea. These biscotti are perfect for dunking into coffee or hot chocolate, and make a great snack or quick breakfast.

Chocolate Coconut Cashew Butter

When you’re craving something sweet, instead of reaching for bags of candy or crap, reach for an apple and a spoonful of this delicious homemade chocolate coconut cashew butter. Try this as a snack instead of peanut butter. Perfect on top of fruit or even celery, this decadent dip is easy to make and surprisingly low in calories.
