When you’re craving a healthy, satisfying lunch but don’t have the time for a sit-down meal, what do you do? Thanks to the food truck fad, we don’t have to worry about having that problem anymore. Whether you want tacos or hamburgers, vegan wraps or frozen yogurt, there always seems to be a food truck to satisfy your every cuisine craving.
Baby’s Badass Burgers is the creative child of former New York restaurateur, Erica Cohen, and accomplished event planner, Lori Barbera. Cohen’s concept for the food truck blossomed after she realized that people would pay big bucks for gourmet burgers in celebrated restaurants. She wanted to offer the same-quality burger at a lower price point and on-the-go. Alas, Baby’s Badass Burgers was born.
But what makes BBB different from other gourmet food trucks? One, the truck is hot pink. Two, just check out their employee information page of their website, Burger Babes. This is definitely the first food truck we’ve come across with such an… interesting presentation of their brand and employees.

“The Bombshell”
This may be classified as a “heart attack in a bun,” but that doesn’t mean it isn’t oh, so delicious. A 1/2 lb. lean burger sandwiched between two bacon grilled cheeses and grilled onions. Yes, it is as good as it sounds.
Mamacita
Spice lovers will find it hard to resist the Mamacita. Grilled onions, jalapenos, and pepperjack… All perfectly balanced by tomato slices and a generous dollop of guacamole. P.S. How good do those fries in the background look? Gimme that!
She’s Smokin’!
Okay, now this may just be the perfect burger. Hearty and salty, this lean hunk of meat is covered in smoked cheddar, spicy barbecue sauce, crispy onions, and crunchy bacon.
