It is possible to get the same results just by choosing the right foods. High energy and brain power come naturally from getting a sufficient amount of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. If you feel like you need a boost, try incorporating more of these foods into your diet. Long-term side effects include weight loss, improved immune system, lower disease risks, and overall better health.
