A study was done from Epic-Norfolk that proved that people who ate 100g of chocolate each day have a lower risk of stroke and heart disease. By the way, this study included milk chocolate as well, so those of us who can’t stand the taste of dark chocolate still have a fighting chance.
Did you know that your brain is assisted to work better every time you taste some delectable chocolate? According to some Harvard Medical School, scientists found the blood flow in your brain is preserved when you drink two cups of hot chocolate daily. This could have a profound effect on helping your memory. One of the author’s of this research, Farzaneh A. Sorond, stated “As different areas of the brain need more energy to complete their tasks, they also need greater blood flow. This relationship, called neurovascular coupling, may play an important role in diseases such as Alzheimer’s.”
That alone is enough to make me eat chocolate everyday and send it to my grandma too.
Keep That Cholesterol In Check

Check the labels of your chocolate bars to see if they contain such ingredients and stock up. Add these to your medicine cabinets and never have high cholesterol again.
