Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1 cup fresh, local Basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 toasted walnuts
- 1/2 cup Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese
- 2/3 cup Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Combine first four ingredients in blender
Pulse into roughly chopped
Stream in Olive Oil
Finish with needed Salt and Pepper
