The burger of the day today is this delicious, fresh tropical inspired burger with pineapple salsa. Although it sounds quite exotic, the ingredient list is fairly small, and you may have items such as soy sauce already in your pantry! I love serving this with some fresh margaritas, cool beer, and a black bean salad. The salsa can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge, and then all you need to do is make the burgers! A quick, refreshing, and easy recipe, perfect for a hot summer day picnic or bb1.
