Ugh, she’s back. On the one hand, I think it’s great that Maria Kang is so fit despite her hectic life. She isn’t preaching starvation and she’s open about her flaws. On the other hand, she’s so damn condescending. There is no need to shame people just because they don’t/can’t maintain a certain fitness level. Kang needs to get off her high horse ASAP.
