Having your annual influenza vaccine can help prevent catching this sickness tremendously. If you haven’t gotten your vaccine this year, you should really get on that and get your flu shot ASAP (you’ll thank us later).

Woman Eats Only Starbucks For and Entire Year (via Business Insider)

What would you do if you could only eat Starbucks food for an entire year? One woman was brave enough to accept the challenge of only eating and drinking Starbucks for all of 2013. She claims not to have gained any weight and based on the Instagram pictures, she seems to have had a variety of foods to rotate over the past year. Personally, I don’t think I could do it- but this is seriously awesome (and kind of nuts).
