The Paleo Diet has become the center of attention among foodies recently. Is it healthy? Is it safe? Many of people have been wondering about the complexities and restrictions of this high protein low car, virtually sugar-free diet. Many nutritionists are not thrilled with this diet because it eliminates essentially anything a caveman did not eat. While this does cut out packaged and processed foods (which is a good thing), it also gets rid of all grains and dairy- which may not be beneficial in the long run.
