I am going to put it out there… I have never poached an egg. Not only have I never done so, I don’t have the slightest clue how. In fact, I am pretty sure I have never eaten one either. Okay, so now that you know my deepest darkest secret, I figured this video would help me out immensely with this problem. The reason I have never done this is due to the fact it just seems very messy. I don’t need stuff splattering all over the kitchen; it would be a pain to clean. Seeing this video from YouTube channel Cooking4Students put my nerves to rest. It really is a simple process! Watch and learn how to get perfect poached eggs every time.
